It’s Going to Cost What Now?

How I feel about cost over runs.

It’s been a good news/bad news day.

Good news: the city is looking at our building permit request! They’ve apparently moved to the “plan review phase.” I guess that means we will get the green light soon. Time to push land prep into high gear and get the trailer packed with tools. The land is starting to look really great. I’ll post a gallery soon!

Bad news: Maximum comfort zone violation due to unexpected costs. Ouch.
